Haus Naturals currently ships within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offer will be clearly stated on our website.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Haus Naturals is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Haus Naturals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbours, or the carrier directly.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you on a suitable resolution.
