Refund policy

At Haus Naturals, we want you to feel good about your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items purchased directly from www.hausnaturals.com within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in their original condition
  • returned in the original packaging where possible
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Haus Naturals is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • used or opened products
  • final sale or clearance items
  • gift cards
  • items damaged through normal use, misuse, or improper storage

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before sending it back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@hausnaturals.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order once your return is approved.

Late Requests

If you contact us more than 10 days after delivery, we may not be able to accept your return.

In limited cases, and at our discretion, we may offer store credit instead.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

Policy Misuse

To protect our business and customers, Haus Naturals reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected misuse of this policy, including excessive returns, fraud, or reseller activity.
